**Your Career**



As a Senior Staff Software Engineer, Frontend on the AIRS Runtime team, you will play a central role in building the user experience for securing AI systems at runtime.

You’ll lead the design and implementation of intuitive, scalable, and secure web applications that empower our customers to understand and protect their AI workloads.



This role requires technical depth in frontend development, a strong sense of product ownership, and the ability to influence architecture and best practices across the team.

You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, UX designers, and security experts to deliver a product that defines the future of AI security.



**Your Impact**



+ Passionate about developing highly graphical and scalable web application features that offer customers insights into their runtime security engagements and provide actionable solution suggestions

+ Translate complex requirements into elegant and performant user interfaces

+ Define and guide frontend architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and long-term quality

+ Partner with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver features end-to-end

+ Promote engineering best practices including test-driven development, CI/CD, and secure-by-design principles

+ Mentor engineers, fostering technical growth and a culture of excellence

+ Identify opportunities to improve product usability, performance, and security, and drive solutions from concept to delivery



**Your Experience**



+ BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent military experience

+ 7+ years of professional software engineering, with at least 5 years in frontend development

+ Expert in ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern frontend tools (Hooks, Webpack/Vite, Storybook, pnpm/yarn)

+ Proven track record in frontend architecture and design system development

+ Strong experience with responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization

+ Hands-on experience with data visualization libraries and building complex dashboards

+ Comfortable with CI/CD pipelines, Git/GitHub, and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)

+ Familiarity with secure-by-design principles and frontend application security

+ Skilled with testing frameworks (Vitest, Jest, React Testing Library) and debugging integration/performance issues

+ Nice to have: Experience with Micro Frontend architectures

+ Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

+ Contributions to open source projects or developer communities

Based in a spacious and modern office in the heart of Berlin, the team brings together cross-functional engineers and a product manager to collaborate closely.
